1. Profile Getting Viewed?

If you are not getting many views, check all these steps for why...

Go to linkedin.com/me/profile-views/
The "profile viewers in the past 90 days" number will only show up to the last 5 if you don't pay for Premium. But don't waste money on that, unless you have a great profile!
The "% since last week" number will actually be in a graph over 90 days, if you pay for premium. Again, be careful about wasting your money.

2. Profile Getting Searched?

Views often happen AFTER you recruiters and leads SEARCH for keyword solutions to their needs.

If not many searches, check if you're even seen in the last check!

Go to linkedin.com/me/search-appearances/
Check the number next to "number of times your profile appeared in search results". This is how often you're getting searched. If low, you may have settings (Step 1.) issues.
Check the companies where your searchers work and what they do. Is this the right audience?
Check the "KEYWORDS your searchers used". This is how well you're getting found on your terms. If wrong terms, you have content issues.

3. Profile Getting to Google?

Many recruiters and leads search on Google.

With wrong settings, you're invisible on LinkedIn too.

But do LinkedIn right and it carries to Google as proof & bonus visibility!

Open a Chrome Incognito browser tab: Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS). This ensures it's an unbiased search.

Type your full name and add " LinkedIn" - no quotes. For example: Jared Wiese LinkedIn

Are you at the top of results? If NOT, you have a settings problem on LinkedIn. (Step 1.) That is also limiting your visibility, leverage and impact on LinkedIn and Google searches. (Step 2.)
