My Journey to Helping You Succeed

My name is Jared, and I’ve been crafting resumes for over 20 years. Profiles That POP!™ officially launched in 2018, but my work started long before that—about 2005, when I began fine-tuning resumes. I’ve been through the highs and lows of the job market myself. Whether it was not knowing if I’d land a consulting client the next week or dealing with unemployment, I understand the pressure of making your resume or profile stand out.

I’ve been both the job seeker and the hiring manager, which gives me unique insights into what works. I’ve had the exhilarating experience of landing a job with relocation the day after uploading my resume. And in another case, I got a job after making a simple one-word change on my LinkedIn profile. (Disclaimer: Don’t count on that trick working today!)
